The staff were very welcoming and friendly - the food was reasonably priced and the location was excellent for all attractions and shopping in Derry
Little details, we had a deluxe room which gives a free paper each monring, we only got it one morning out of three - small point but annoying. The advertising also stated a free movie for deluxe rooms, this is out of date as that service is not available.

Bright room, comfortable bed, the view of the river was fantastic, and with free parking available, it made exploring the area convenient and stress-free.
Everything was spot on.

We loved our room, The staff were extremely helpful even though it was a very busy weekend of the jazz festival.
We were very disappointed in our breakfast each morning..It was all very greasy and no fried eggs only scrambled eggs.

great service but a few minor issues
The leisure centre was very nice, especially the swimming pool which was quite relaxing. The front door staff member was a true gentleman. The restaurant staff went the extra mile to accommodate specific dietary needs....
